Training
Heute stand eine etwas längere Tour an, zuerst der Küste entlang bis Cioma schön flach einrollen, danach kommt ein erster, schweisstreibender Anstieg nach Nibbiaia. Von dort aus immer etwas hoch und runter auf einer wunderschönen, einsamen Strasse bis nach Rosignano Marittimo und dann der Küste entlang wieder zurück zum Campingplatz in Marina di Bibbona.

Die Unterbrechung stammt überigens daher, dass ich bei einem Ampelstop vergessen hatte, wieder auf die Start-Taste zu drücken...
