Letzte Radeinheit vor Landwasser Triathlon 2009

Gestern Abend absolvierte ich die letzte Radeinheit vor dem Wettkampf am Sonntag. Basel - Neuenburg am Rhein retour. 80km in lockerem Tempo. Lief ganz gut, nur die Sonne brannte ziemlich unbarmherzig und so habe ich unterwegs fast 2.5l Wasser (Isostar) benötigt. Ich bin einfach nicht für Sonne und hohe Temperaturen geschaffen

Da mein Fuss immer noch nicht will, ist heute Freitag kein Lauftraining geplant. Normalerweise würde ich sonst 2-3 Tage vor einem Wettkampf noch eine kleine Runde machen und unterwegs ein paar kurze Tempostrecken im Renntempo einstreuen.
