Samstag:
Langer Lauf mit LSVB Vereinskameraden Basel - Burg Landskron retour (ca 600hm), 38km mit 10km EB

Dienstag:
LSVB Vereinstraining 3x 5000m MRT mit jeweils 5 Minuten TP

Donnerstag:
Berglauf Basel - Gempen - Aesch (ca 600hm), 21.5km hart angegangen

Jetzt sind die Beine zwar müde aber ich habe ein gutes Gefühl bezüglich meiner Form da ich die Einheiten gut absolvieren konnte. Mal sehen was sich damit anfangen lässt :-) Vorerst kommt aber erst mal eine ruhige Woche zwecks guter Regeneration.
